Congressional Act: United States Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Act Claims (USVSST)
The State Sponsored Terrorism Fund was designed by Congress with assistance from the Department of Justice (“DOJ”) and other Government agencies. It is a pool of funds for our Veterans or their families to compensate them for damages and losses.
Service Members can obtain a federal court judgment against Iran. The Islamic Republic of Iran sponsored terrorism against our Veterans and this fund includes injuries sustained in Iraq and Afghanistan.
To date, the USVSST fund has allocated over $10 billion to eligible Veterans and their families.
The Defendants Do Not Respond or Show Up in Court.

How do I know if I have a qualifying injury?
Once our team gathers basic information and any documents available regarding the terrorist attack, including SIGACTs, we file suit. After our experts provide written reports and testimony, a Default Judgment is issued in your favor against Iran. Application is made against the Congressionally created FUND and you receive compensation. Past awards have been significant.

How long do FSIA Claims take to finalize?
Judgments are secured between approximately 18-24 months from filing suit. Payments are made incrementally and proportionately based on funds available.
